User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All users of the jlbdt platform are required to comply with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. No content, logo, trademark, or software belonging to jlbdt may be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior authorisation.

Jlbdt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances: breach of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, suspected money laundering, or a directive from law enforcement authorities. In the event of account closure, any valid balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable policy.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be settled through the competent courts of Bangladesh. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
